UK Delivery Information

Free local collection available from Cheddar, Somerset

UK P & P will be £3.20 Evri Courier (Standard delivery for orders below £50) 

For orders over £50 – delivery is free of charge (UK only).

Your order will be processed within 2/3 days of receipt (please note orders received after midday on a Friday will be processed on the next working day (Monday) & dispatched by Evri. Once despatched deliveries usually take 3-4 working days to reach you. All orders are fully tracked.

Delivery outside of the UK

Please note delivery charges will be determined by the weight & destination of your parcel. The delivery period may also be affected. Please contact us by email if you wish to place an order for delivery outside of the UK.

Where is my order?

If your expected delivery date has passed, please contact us by email at nixysboutique@outlook.com & we will do our best to resolve the issue.

What if my order arrives & it is damaged?

On rare occasions, damages can occur during transit. If any part of your order appears to be damaged, please email us immediately at nixysboutique@outlook.com with a photo & we will get in touch to arrange a suitable replacement or a refund.
