Refund policy

I hope you are delighted with your purchase, however if you wish to return an item for an exchange or refund this is what you need to do….

1. Return the item within 14 days of receiving the goods to the address on the website. (for hygiene reasons there are no refunds on earrings)
2. With any item you are returning, it must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn including all labels, tags and packaging.
3. The cost of the return is your responsibility, please always retain proof of postage.
4. If the item complies with the above a full refund on the item within 14 days will be given.
